Well, not ends as such but I was recommended this website, www.sparkpeople.com which is a free weightloss tracking site. I've signed up for it and you enter what you eat each day and how much you exercise! I've even contacted someone to be my "diet buddy" - how sad is that? Anyway, I haven't got the time to type what I eat twice (I really don't!!) and plus the site helps me track all the calories and fat content etc.
Suffice to say I'm doing okay with the food, today is the official second day of my proper regime. I hurt my back doing a warm-up stretch at the gym this morning, had to go and get painkillers just now... d'oh... Hope it is better by friday (can't exercise tomorrow as we have people over in the evening...
